Workplace Yoga Programs for Stress : The focus of this training is on helping each participant understand stress, identify stressors, and learn to respond rather than react to stressors. Practice of specific stress reducing techniques will give participants methods to monitor and control their own stress and wellness.

Yoga and the Spine :
Learn poses to encourage balanced alignment and increase flexibility of the spine to prevent injury from mishaps.

Yoga and Weight Loss : Learn how weight loss can be a natural by-product of yoga practice.

Yoga for the Lower Body : Poses to target feet, legs, hips. Emphasis on standing poses.

Power Yoga : Focus on basic elements of breath and flow. Discussion of Sun Salutations and an invigorating, physically challenging flowing session.

Hip Openers : Poses designed to open the pelvis and hips.

Core Yoga : Core refers to the anterior and posterior abdominal area that supports our entire body in all we do. Strength and flexibility in this area allows us to maintain good postural alignment while allowing free movement that contributes to prevention of back injury.

Arm Balances : Poses focused on developing core strength using arm balances and other poses. Crow, Headstand are some of the asanas under this catagory.
